Precision Grinder

A Precision Grinder with advanced experience in precision grinding operations and process development is responsible for grinding high-precision ball screw components while developing and maintaining processes capable of achieving extremely tight dimensional and surface finish requirements. The ideal candidate will understand the impact of outside processing and material conditions on final grind geometry and performance. This role involves setting up, programming, and operating precision grinding equipment, analyzing engineering drawings, and troubleshooting grinding issues to ensure optimal part quality.
