Preconstruction Coordinator

The Preconstruction Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and interpreting project plans, designs, and specifications to support electrical construction projects. The role focuses on preparing detailed cost estimates, coordinating bids from vendors and subcontractors, and supporting contract negotiations. This position also collaborates closely with internal project teams and clients to develop competitive proposals and bids. During slower estimating periods, the coordinator assists project managers by estimating and pricing change orders.
