Preconstruction Coordinator

The Preconstruction Coordinator supports the administrative requirements of the Pre-Construction department, handling bid documents, proposal preparation, and trade partner coordination. The role involves assisting estimators with bidding projects, processing pre-qualification applications, and managing contract compliance and insurance certificates. Additionally, the coordinator maintains tracking logs, sets up project folders, and processes subcontracts and purchase orders.
