Preconstruction Director-Water/Wastewater

The Wastewater Preconstruction Director leads procurement and preconstruction activities for large‑scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects delivered through collaborative methods such as CMAR, progressive design‑build, and design‑build. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, design partners, joint‑venture entities, and public agency clients to develop proposals, manage early‑phase planning, budgeting, constructability reviews, and GMP negotiations.
