About this role

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a meticulous Preconstruction Manager to drive business-level decisions on regional capital expenditures across North America. This role involves leading the generation of Capital Expenditure Proformas, creating cost studies, and preparing independent internal take-offs for new site developments. The incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert on construction costs, reviewing proposals, and ensuring accurate estimates to support project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the generation of Capital Expenditure Proformas for new site developments.
Create cost studies at all levels of project development with a focus on pre-construction.
Maintain and develop internal project development cost databases to guide CapEx decisions.
Review complex General Contractor and Major Trade proposals for new projects.
Coordinate new site delivery schedules and evaluate strategic construction elements.
