Preconstruction Manager

The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for initiating and cultivating new business, estimating and budgeting conceptual and lump‑sum bid projects, and providing overall pre‑construction services in alignment with corporate goals and local marketing plans. The role involves client outreach, bid coordination, value analysis workshops, and continuous process improvement while maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
