Preconstruction Manager

The Preconstruction Manager serves as the primary liaison between owners, engineers, designers, and construction teams to ensure alignment of scope, budget, schedule, risk, and execution strategy from project pursuit through construction authorization. This role guides project development, manages design and estimating efforts, oversees Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) development, and establishes the foundation for successful project execution. The position requires leading preconstruction services for collaborative delivery projects and facilitating workshops for value engineering and risk management.
