Preconstruction Manager

The Preconstruction Manager leads the preconstruction phase of projects, ensuring accurate estimating, strategic procurement coordination, and successful project planning prior to construction start. This role serves as the single point of accountability for awarded projects from contract execution through groundbreaking, collaborating with various teams to develop budgets, schedules, and value-driven solutions. The position provides day-to-day leadership of the estimating function, coordinating workload allocation, project priorities, and resource planning to ensure all preconstruction deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
