About this role

The Premium Audit Operations Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations and performance of the Premium Audit team within Commercial Insurance. This role develops and coaches team members while ensuring accurate premium assessments, strong quality controls, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution of complex account and reconciliation issues. The supervisor also partners with internal and external stakeholders and drives process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Premium Audit team to ensure accurate premium assessments and quality controls
Manage pursuit of uncollected earned premium items and negotiate settlements with debtors
Oversee research and account reconciliations to support legal representatives in litigation proceedings
