Prep Cook Lead

The Prep Cook Lead is responsible for managing ingredient inventory, preparing side dishes, sauces, and other items for regular dining and special events. This role involves maintaining kitchen sanitation standards, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring proper preparation of ingredients for all menu items. The position also includes training and coaching prep staff to ensure recipe adherence and supporting the kitchen team with station duties.
