Prep Cook (Part-Time)

The Food Service Attendant (Food Preparation) at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex supports kitchen operations by preparing and organizing ingredients, following standardized recipes, and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. The role works closely with cooks and the Chef Manager to support dining, concessions, catering, and event operations, and contributes to overall kitchen efficiency and service delivery. The position requires flexibility to work irregular hours and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
