Prep Cook

The Prep Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently cooking various food products, including meats, fish, and vegetables, while preparing and portioning items prior to cooking. This role ensures the quality of served products and maintains a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with established kitchen standards and procedures. The position requires stocking food products, rotating inventory, and assisting with kitchen closing procedures as needed.
