Prep Cook

The Prep Cook is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and production of all food items by preparing cooking ingredients according to recipe specifications and TAO Standards. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and assigned station, properly labeling and storing food items, and supporting the culinary team with opening and closing procedures. The position requires adherence to health and company sanitation standards while working in a fast-paced, high-volume culinary environment.
