The Presales Solutions Architect — Full Stack Observability at SHI International serves as the subject matter expert for full stack observability architecture, including application performance monitoring, infrastructure monitoring, and log analytics. This role involves leading technical discovery sessions with clients, designing target-state monitoring architectures, and delivering compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. The position also focuses on internal practice development by creating reusable collateral, evaluating vendor partnerships, and conducting training sessions for engineering and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations for full stack observability solutions
Lead technical discovery sessions to assess client observability maturity and design target-state monitoring architectures
Develop internal practice collateral, evaluate vendor technologies, and conduct training sessions for engineering and sales teams

Qualifications
