Preschool Mentor Coach

The Preschool Mentor Coach provides on-site coaching and mentoring to Head Start teachers and Teacher Assistants to improve teacher-child interactions and child outcomes. This role involves conducting classroom observations, delivering demonstration lessons, analyzing data, and providing technical assistance to teaching staff and Center Directors. The position also supports professional development and quality assurance efforts within the Early Childhood Education program.
