About this role
On-call Substitute Teacher supporting multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms by providing coverage when full-time teachers are absent. No formal Montessori training is required; training is provided during orientation and onboarding. Many substitutes have the opportunity to transition into full-time Assistant Teacher roles when openings become available.
