Preschool Teacher

The Preschool Teacher ensures, supports, and promotes each child’s learning, well-being, and development in cooperation with parents and early childhood professionals. The role involves planning and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum aligned with Head Start Performance Standards and child development best practices. This position requires individualizing instruction based on observations, assessments, and family goals to meet the needs of all children.
