Preschool Teacher

The Preschool Teacher creates and maintains a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschool-aged children under the direction of the Youth Program Manager. This role involves planning and implementing engaging lessons aligned with the State of Illinois Early Learning Standards while fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff. The position requires maintaining classroom leadership, managing curriculum, and ensuring the health and safety of students in both indoor and outdoor settings.
