About this role
A STEP Intern with The Nature Conservancy (Virginia) participates in a short-term, seasonal stewardship internship that provides hands-on conservation experience. The 10-week position (May 27–Aug 7, 2026) includes a two-day orientation, professional development webinars, a group field trip, and a final presentation to Virginia staff. The program is intended for people early in their careers or with limited prior professional experience and may include a housing stipend as needed.
