Press Lead Operator

The Press Lead Operator supports the coordination and direction of daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives within the printing department. This role involves setting up and operating flexographic printing presses, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position also includes facilitating training, assisting with production reporting, and supervising production activities in the absence of the Production Supervisor.
