Press Operator

The Press Operator is the lead technician responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a flexographic printing press, overseeing the conversion of paperboard rolls into work-in-process material while meeting customer specifications and quality standards. This role focuses on print quality, machine performance, troubleshooting, waste reduction, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position requires extensive hands-on experience in flexographic printing, color management, press setup, and mechanical troubleshooting to optimize press performance and consistently produce high-quality product.
