Press Set up & Operator - 1st Shift

The Press Set Up & Operator role is responsible for producing laminations and parts for subassemblies of motors and generators. This position works as a team member within the Lamination Team, utilizing and performing to the team's skills matrix. The role involves setting up and operating various presses, installing and aligning dies, and ensuring quality documentation is completed.
