Press Set-Up Operator 2nd shift

Barnes Aerospace West Chester OEM division is seeking a 2nd shift Press Set-Up Operator to perform equipment setup, operations, and quality control in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on a Monday through Thursday schedule. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and focuses on maintaining cell productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
