Press / Tool Room Manager

PacAero Norton is seeking an experienced, hands-on Press/Tool Room Manager to oversee daily press and tool room operations while providing leadership and support to the production team. This position combines technical expertise in press operations and metal stamping with responsibility for employee supervision, production quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with equipment and tooling while managing department priorities, supporting employee development, and ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with company quality standards.
