Pretrial Services Officer I

Thurston County Pretrial Services is seeking a Pretrial Services Officer I to work with the Pretrial Diversion Team, collaborating with criminal justice and behavioral health partners to assist individuals in completing treatment-focused diversion agreements instead of incarceration. The role involves managing a caseload of individuals with behavioral health needs, monitoring compliance with diversion agreements, and conducting risk and needs assessments. The officer will communicate with attorneys, court personnel, and community providers to support justice-impacted individuals on their path to positive change.
