Preventative Maintenance Technician

The Preventative Maintenance Technician at CMC Hotels is responsible for performing scheduled General Clean & Preventative Maintenance (GCPM) inspections and completing assigned maintenance tasks in guest rooms. This role ensures guest rooms, equipment, and hotel facilities are properly maintained, clean, safe, and in excellent working condition. The technician will conduct detailed cleaning, perform basic maintenance and minor repairs, and maintain accurate records of completed activities.
