Preventative Maintenance

This role involves performing general preventative maintenance to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained. The position requires assisting with scheduled maintenance assignments, checking electrical and plumbing systems, and making minor repairs to ensure proper operation of hotel facilities. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining the building exterior, refurbishing guest room furniture, and responding to guest requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
