Preventative Maintenance

This role is responsible for the retrofitting of lighting systems for buildings within the School District of St. Joseph, as directed by the Director of Maintenance and Operations. The position involves maintaining mechanical systems, HVAC, boilers, and other equipment while ensuring safe working conditions and proper tool maintenance. The employee must also maintain professional relationships with staff and administrators and be available for emergency call-outs.
