The Prevention and Training Coordinator supports youth in developing healthy, equitable, and violence-free relationships through prevention education, leadership development, and community engagement. This role expands comprehensive sex education and healthy relationship programming in K-12 schools and community-based settings while building partnerships with schools and youth-serving organizations. The position facilitates trainings, coordinates youth leadership opportunities, and contributes to agency-wide prevention efforts with a focus on trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.
