Prevention & Wellbeing Coordinator

The Prevention & Wellbeing Coordinator works with individuals and families across Barnet to improve health and wellbeing, reduce demand on adult social care, and prevent needs from escalating. The role involves building partnerships with local organisations and communities to promote inclusive opportunities and shared responsibility for resident wellbeing. This position supports vulnerable adults and older people in maintaining independence and accessing community resources.
