The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Supervisor leads a team of multi-craft technicians to execute, schedule, and continuously improve the site's preventive and predictive maintenance program. This role applies Reliability-Centered Maintenance principles to enhance equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and ensure safe operations within a food manufacturing environment. The position partners with Operations, Engineering, and Reliability resources to prioritize and execute maintenance activities with a focus on precision and compliance.
