Preventive Maintenance Technician

The Preventive Maintenance Technician performs skilled Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) work, including the installation, modernization, alteration, and repair of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems to ensure a functional, safe, and attractive campus. The role involves troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC and associated systems, performing routine maintenance tasks, and responding to work orders for repairs. The position requires the ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and provide strong customer service in a service-driven environment.
