Pricing & COS Analyst

As a Pricing & Cost of Service Analyst at PacifiCorp, you will conduct in-depth analyses of utility rates, pricing structures, and cost-of-service data to support informed business and regulatory decisions. This role involves developing cost-of-service studies, evaluating rate design alternatives, and preparing proposals to revise retail electric prices while partnering with internal stakeholders. You will leverage data-driven insights to perform feasibility studies, cost-benefit assessments, and forecasting to balance customer impacts, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
