This role serves as a founding member and second-in-command of the pricing and contracting operations team at Scholar Rock, reporting directly to the Head of Market Access Finance. The position involves owning day-to-day management of pricing, contract operations, and Gross-to-Net (GTN) processes while helping shape the growing team. It offers high-impact work with direct exposure to Finance and executive leadership to influence how a launch-stage biotech manages pricing operations.

Responsibilities

Own gross-to-net actuals-to-forecast reconciliation and variance analysis
Build reporting and analytics tools with automated validations across GTN and rebates
Manage BPO state price transparency reporting and monitor evolving regulatory landscape
