Pricing Manager

The Pricing Manager oversees Odyssey's end-to-end pricing strategy, development, compliance, and execution for all Business Development, Capture, Proposal, and Engineering Change Proposal activities. This role ensures pricing solutions are competitive, defensible, and compliant with Government requirements while aligning with internal financial structures. The position serves as a key integrator across Operations, Capture, BD, Contracts, Subcontracts, FP&A, and Program Control to deliver high-quality pricing products that support successful proposal submissions and sustained growth.
