Pricing Manager

The Pricing Manager is responsible for setting and executing Carotek’s pricing strategy to align with the enterprise-wide pricing system and optimize gross margin results. This role provides guidance to managers and cross-functional teams, collaborates with the SunSource Pricing Manager, and partners with business unit leaders to drive revenue, customer retention, and profit. The position involves developing pricing processes, analyzing market-based pricing, and training sales teams on margin improvement strategies.
