About this role

Leads the development, execution, and continuous assessment of pricing strategies across the EBS and CDS portfolio, serving as the subject matter expert in market‑based pricing, Target Market Price methodologies, and competitive pricing intelligence. Partners with product, sales, finance, actuarial, underwriting, and P&L leaders to create pricing frameworks, monitor market conditions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
