About this role

Primary Care Clinician (FNP, MD, or DO) 1099 contract role supporting Amae Health’s new Boston-area clinic, focused on delivering integrated primary care to adults with severe mental illness. The clinician will work as part of an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, therapists, peers, and health coaches to provide holistic, value-based outpatient care. The role requires an on-site commitment of approximately 4–5 hours per week.
