About this role
A Medical Doctor (MD/DO) in Internal Medicine or Family Practice providing primary care for clients with mental health and substance use disorders across Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare sites. The physician will oversee team-based primary care delivery at the Plaza Clinic, collaborate with behavioral health teams, and provide Medication Supported Recovery (Suboxone) and psychiatric medication management for stabilized clients.
