About this role
UHS is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the UHS Primary Care - Upper Front Street outpatient clinic. The role is full-time, 100% outpatient with regular Monday–Friday office hours and rotating call. The position is part of a multi-provider primary care group within United Health Services, a regional not-for-profit healthcare system.

- Certified Prescriptive Privilege in NYS
