About this role

The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive, patient‑centred primary medical care to clients of all ages within an interdisciplinary community health centre, emphasizing equity, accessibility, health promotion, and the social determinants of health. The role involves scheduled clinical hours, periodic after‑hours on‑call coverage, and collaboration with an interprofessional team to support priority and underserved populations.

Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
