Primary Counselor

The Primary Counselor provides crucial therapeutic support to clients by assessing their needs, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, and implementing individualized behavioral programs. Working cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team under the Program Director's supervision, the role involves offering treatment options, helping resolve problems, and assisting clients in managing stress, mental health challenges, and other life issues. The position also requires maintaining case notes, monitoring client progress, and actively participating in the development of treatment plans.
