Primary Plant Operator

This role is responsible for operating and monitoring Primary Plants to ensure daily production plans are met at optimal efficiency while maintaining strict compliance with safety and reliability guidelines. The position involves conducting routine maintenance activities, troubleshooting site-level issues, and actively participating in safety programs and root cause analysis investigations. The incumbent will work closely with the Production and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve overall plant availability.
