Primary Registered Nurse

The Primary Registered Nurse serves as a Primary Case Manager RN, managing an assigned caseload and providing ongoing care and coordination for patients and families in Outagamie and Winnebago counties. The role also includes a secondary Float RN responsibility, supporting the broader team with patient visits and clinical needs when caseload allows. This position is based in Oshkosh, WI, and requires a current unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Wisconsin.
