Primary Therapist Outpatient

Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking a Primary Therapist to join their newly opened Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient (PHP/IOP) facility in Elk Grove, CA. This full-time, onsite role focuses on providing clinical care and therapeutic support to adolescents and their families within a challenging and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will facilitate therapy groups, manage caseloads, assist with assessments, and coordinate after-care plans while maintaining high professional standards.
