Primary Therapist

The Primary Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy to a small caseload of three adolescent clients in a 6‑bed residential program, utilizing evidence‑based practices such as DBT, CBT, and MI. The role includes participating in on‑call rotation, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary team meetings while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with licensing standards.
