Primary Vice-Principal

The Primary Vice-Principal plays a major role under the Principal's direction in formulating school aims, managing staff and resources, and monitoring progress towards achieving educational objectives. This leadership position involves deputising for the Principal, leading learning and teaching initiatives, and coordinating curriculum development across Key Stages. The role requires active participation in school administration, safeguarding, and fostering strong relationships with parents and the community to ensure high standards of pupil achievement.
