The Department of National Parks and Wildlife Conservation (DNPWC) is a Nepalese government agency headquartered in Babarmahal, Kathmandu, responsible for managing and conserving Nepal's national parks, wildlife reserves, conservation areas, and protected species. It oversees institutions such as Chitwan, Sagarmatha, Bardia, and other national parks, as well as wildlife surveys, anti-poaching efforts, and species conservation action plans. DNPWC operates under Nepal's Ministry of Forests and Environment.
