About this role

The Principal AI Computer Vision Engineer will serve as a technical enabler for the Visual Process Monitoring Deployment Acceleration Team, accelerating the development, deployment, and adoption of AI-enabled process monitoring solutions across Medtronic's global manufacturing network. This role combines hands-on computer vision work with stakeholder enablement, partnering with manufacturing and engineering teams to transform image data into actionable process intelligence. The position focuses on scaling repeatable deployment patterns, coaching site engineers, and building long-term site capability through technical mentorship.
