Principal AI Engineer

This individual contributor role provides technical leadership for designing, developing, and scaling CNA's AI-native agentic engineering platform. The position focuses on creating agentic workflows, AI-augmented CI/CD pipelines, and security guardrails to enable secure, scalable AI-accelerated delivery across the enterprise. The role involves mentoring engineers, consulting on AI-native adoption, and partnering with architecture and security teams. It reports to a Director-level manager and requires expert knowledge in modern software delivery and AI tools.
